COVID19 STATEMENT

The health and wellbeing of our staff and customers is of the utmost importance to The Vintage Tree Nursery. We are closely monitoring the situation and will be following the advice provided by the Australian Government and their associated health advisors.

To this end we are instituting social distancing in order to minimize the risk to staff and customers. 

For our deliveries we will be contacting the site person via mobile and advising the social distancing protocols that need to be followed.

We recommend that either our driver unloads or the receiver unloads the tree delivery. Due to social distancing recommendations we should avoid these two groups performing this task together.

We also intend to go paperless for deliveries. The driver will text a photo of the delivery docket to the site contact.

We would ask that in place of the usual signature on a delivery docket that the site contact replies  by text indicating successful delivery.

We believe that we can still deliver trees safely with a focus on social distancing and increased awareness of hygiene. Our driver has been provided with hand sanitiser to use after any fuel stops etc.

We hope that this will ensure minimal disruptions and that we can continue to provide a quality service to our customers during these uncertain times.
